This Privacy Policy explains how MXKRS Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("MXKRS," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you request access to and use the MXKRS client portal. We collect only what we need to work with you and run your production, and we do not sell your personal information.

• Account & contact details — company name, contact name, email, phone, title, and business address.
• Project & order information — quotes, tech packs, artwork, specifications, quantities, shipping destinations, and related files you upload.
• Billing information — invoice and payment records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full payment credentials in the portal.
• Usage & technical data — basic log information such as your login activity and the actions you take in the portal, used to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to review and approve access requests; to prepare quotes and produce, track, ship, and invoice your orders; to communicate with you about your account and projects; to provide support; to keep the portal secure; and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide the Service:

• Service providers — such as our hosting, email delivery, and payment providers, who process information on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
• Manufacturing & logistics partners — the factories, warehouses, and carriers involved in producing and delivering your order, limited to what they need to fulfill it.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MXKRS, our clients, or others.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

4. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as required for our legitimate business, tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.

5. Security

Access to the portal is protected by individual accounts and passwords, and connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to those who need it to do their work.

6. Your Choices & Rights

The portal uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

The portal is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and material changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
